Connecting to the realm of sky can uplift us from overly grounded or stuck feelings, unresolved thoughts, visions or creative ideas. Similarly if you are feeling ungrounded or you have an overactive mind, connecting to the realm of earth may guide you to find more balance in your life. If overall balance is needed then a session connecting you to all realms may be the best medicine for what you require in this healing ritual session. An assessment may be completed based on your needs for the session.
